While I didn't have issues with the doctor, some of the staff is incredibly incompetent. I was not provided with a copy of my prescription at any point during or after my appointment, and after calling them twice, they still have yet to send said prescription to my email. Definitely would not recommend.

Honestly, I went there in the past few years because my doctor was really nice, for which I “tolerated” their office staff. Last year, they mixed my appointment with another person and when I arrived there, I had to wait just because of their mistake. This time, they mistook my appointment again and kept telling me to be “patient” on the phone and the front desk lady said she was “by herself today” and I was accused “you apparently don’t care about that.” Well, I don’t understand why I have to bear her complaints for their p... read more

This morning, I had a 9:30 appointment with Visual Eyes Optometrist in Fairfax. The office was closed, and they told me it would open at 10. They then called to say they forgot the keys. After waiting, they called again, claiming someone was there, but I hadn't shown up, and wanted to cancel and rebook for next week. I do not recommend them.

Dr. Was good, but the receptions was bad, first I had to call to confirm my appointment because they never called or texted me. They took a test that I specifically said NO and charged to my insurance, ones I picked my eye glasses the cost was $199 and they charged to my insurance $249 and she didn’t gave me the case for my glasses and a receipt until I ask for, she expected that I walk out with the glasses on my hand and not a receipt, their was also another girl in the are were you try your glasses and she didn’t offer her... read more

Let me start by saying Dr. Ogden is 5 stars all the way. The store front and staff are maybe a 1-2. Every time I visit the front desk staff have no clue who I am, even though I’ve been a patient for 3 annual eye exams and one prescription order. They can’t find my name in the system. They can’t find my insurance. It’s either complete ineptitude on their part or their software system is faulty. Not only that, but they place the blame squarely on the patient!
