Just had a horrific experience at Visual Eyes Delray Marketplace. Although Dr. Nguyen is a 5 star optometrist the front desk staff and specifically the manager are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I just had a full exam two weeks ago but came back in to tweak a recurring problem and they insisted that I had to go through a "full exam" (so they could bill the insurance company) and just charge me $39 when I repeatedly offered to pay cash so I could just get back to Dr. Nguyen.
