Melissa and her entire team were amazing! I got my very first pair of prescription glasses and every step of the way was absolutely professional, friendly and extremely helpful from the exam to selecting the frames. Great experience, I will be back for all future glasses.
Just had a horrific experience at Visual Eyes Delray Marketplace. Although Dr. Nguyen is a 5 star optometrist the front desk staff and specifically the manager are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I just had a full exam two weeks ago but came back in to tweak a recurring problem and they insisted that I had to go through a "full exam" (so they could bill the insurance company) and just charge me $39 when I repeatedly offered to pay cash so I could just get back to Dr. Nguyen. Brought my father to see Dr.Nguyen. she is the most caring and thoughtful doctor we ever visited. Making sure that all the concerns are addressed and finding out prescription very smooth and efficient. We love dr.nguyen she's so sweet and will tell all our friends and relatives to see her!
