Like everyone else here, I had horrible customer service here. Not only did it take 6 weeks turnaround in getting my new lenses in my glasses, the prescription was wrong. Taking the vision test a second time, the doctor had ME adjust all the knobs in order to set the correct calibration. While I continued to demand to speak with the business manager, I was continually told he'd get back to me by phone. That never happened. Terrible service. Following an exam, I ordered new contacts and new lenses for my glasses. I was asked if I would like to pick up both items at the same time, to which I said yes. Yet, when I was went to get my contacts (after being contacted and informed they were ready), my glasses were not yet ready. Fine. I could deal with that. A few days later, the office contacted me and told my glasses were ready for pick up, but when I went to get therm, they weren't there. I too wish I had taken the advice of others that have reviewed Visual Eyes on K St in Washington DC. I have been going to Visual Eyes for the last 4 years, mainly since they are so close to my office; however, I just cant put up with them any longer. As stated in other reviews, the front office people are very nice, but they have no idea how to run a business.
