This Visual Eyes, Greenbelt mall, is not good. They told me that they accept my United Healthcare insurance. Then they charged me the difference between what they wanted (retail fantasy) and what my insurance actually paid. Furthermore, the were allowed $150.00 for just the frame under the insurance, but their least expensive frame was over $250.00, so I had to pay the $100.00+ difference. I absolutely do not recommend anyone go here. My family has repeatedly been asked to pay for things such as my pupillary distance (without it they give you an incomplete prescription that is useless to use anywhere else) and to pay for things they don’t tell you will cost you until you get to the end and they’re telling you the total. In addition, their billing department tried to charge my ten year old daughter hundreds of dollars seven months after her appointment there.
