. I visited this office, they recommended glasses for me and adjusted the glasses. As soon as I put them on, the mismatch with my eyes caused me a lot of pain. I took them in for readjustment. I visited several times to get them. They lied to me until finally I got tired of visiting and gave up on getting glasses. Even though they took a huge amount of money from my insurance at the same time and did not give me the glasses, now after four years they have sent me a bill containing a debt of 350 dollars. The initial service wasn’t bad, however, when it was time to collect the glasses, I arrived at 2:07 no one was available. The store was closed and I had to wait an hour because they were all on their lunch at 2 o’clock in the day and no one in the store. Everyone went to lunch at the same time which is very stupid, because the website does not have a closing lunchtime.
Ali customer service is amazing. He helped me pick my glasses. He also helped me when I had an issue with my G Glasses. I appreciate all of his help.
hostile towards children with disabilities!! I have been a visual eyes customer for years. Today really made me second guess why I even am a customer at this place. I came to my appointment on time with my son. During my wait time here I was rudely approached by Chad or Chas ( a employee I didn’t even talk to & behind the eyeglasses counter )stating I should keep my child quiet and take him outside. my son is on the autism spectrum. Stellar staff that genuinely cares! Doctor Nnabue has an incredible bedside manner, is kind and empathetic, very knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to get your needs met with your preferences in mind. I also really appreciate her positive attitude! William is very helpful, thorough, and has a great sense of humor! I am also grateful that this location is located so conveniently as I rely on walking/public transit.
