Don’t waste your time here! They will try to rip you off and scam you. When you let them know about their terrible service they will just hid it and cover it up. They took my review down from yelp which further proves my point of being unprofessional. The doctor bashed on other doctors which isn’t cool and uncomfortable. The staff isn’t knowledgeable, they are rude in person and over the phone, and give you false information that can mess up your RX. Not a trustworthy office. And instead of making it right they covert it up.... read more
Excellent staff, very helpful
I was able to get in same day due to a couple cancellations. They were super fast, friendly, efficient. Front desk staff actually acted like they were there to help and enjoyed being at work instead of the attitude you get from the front desk at some places. Dr. Kovach was awesome & thoroughly answered my questions with scientific detail👏🏻. Quality & you get what you pay for!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was… I have been going to a doctor that is either in Valleyfair or Oak Ridge for years… This doctor is around the corner from my house. they were able to get me in right away, I was treated for a pretty bad scratch on my eye. I am very excited to say that this will be my new eye doctor… As soon as my eye heals I’m going back for an eye test and some new glasses. Office people were fabulous Dr. was fabulous… I am very grateful!🤓
