Excellent service! I've been going to this spa now for almost a year and I have to share how impressed I am with everything. Their receptionist is super friendly, as is everyone in the salon area. Great Service! I've become a loyal customer. I first went in five years ago and they did a wonderful job making my hair gorgeous for my wedding. Since then I gotten wonderfully relaxing facials from Fran. Ed gave me an expert hair cut. He knew exactly what I meant when I said, "I don't want to look like a soccer mom." Plus, I love that I always get a hand massage while I'm getting my hair cut. Yes please!
Affordable and Elegant Visual Changes is a wonderful place to be pampered. I know that when I get my haircut, I am not always sure what I am looking for. The employees listen to what you have to say and take your opinions and their own suggestions and create exactly what you wanted. They great you with a huge smile that immediately makes you feel welcome and you leave with a smile because you are so happy!
A Beautiful Spa! This is a beautiful spa. I have been pampered by them for years and I'll never go anywhere else. Facials, nails, hair, massages, they do it all. Classy, elegant, very comfortable and friendly atmosphere, warm employees, excellent service. Worth every penny and then some! K.T.

Sarah is the owner and what an incredible job she has done with orchestrating an amazing facility. You can always expect their staff to be customer friendly, courteous, provide prompt service and tons of professionalism! Go and pamper yourself you will not be disappointed!
World Class This is the place to go if you want creative, personal service. They are a full service salon, offering cutting edge services. I have been a client for several years and have always been impressed with all they offer. I always get compliments on my hair color and style. My husband and kids are clients too. We wouldn't use any other salon! We love it!

Great Experience I used Visual Changes for makeup and hair styling for my wedding. The service was excellent! My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful time getting ready. We received wonderful service and never felt rushed. I got the look I dreamed of for my wedding. Both the hair and makeup were very natural looking and not over the top.
