Fresh review since the change in management The office team that Mark-Taylor brought over are not good communicators at all. I have emailed, physically gone into the office and even posted on the Henry app ( which never published because management pick and choose what and when to accept post.) My post wasn't unprofessional or inappropriate. We get charged a building/ facility fee monthly (understandable) and still can not hear from the office about renting out the club house. Only taking to google now because the leasing office decided to delete the post on the community page. Randomly last month, Olympus properties sold our complex to mark taylor. Since September 1st when mark taylor took over the complex, packages have been stolen, a homeless man was sleeping in the complex, e bikes have been stolen, and people are acting like it’s a free for all parking in reserved assigned spots.
Anahí was awesome! Gave my fiancée and I such a great experience touring the apartment, she really went out of her way to answer all of our questions and shows us several floor plans. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much, Anahi!
