I love living in these apartments! Since the very beginning Chanel has been THE BEST! She helped us through the process and is still helping us with any questions that we have. We instantly bonded over coming to AZ from WA! If you are a snowbird, you know who to talk to ☺️ Highly recommend!
Cancelled my appointment twice then sends me emails tell me they available after .. had received voice message from different person giving me different information . I don’t think I’ll moving there 🤦🤦🤦
Been living here for a few months now and it’s been an amazing experience. Luis, the agent who helped me get my lease, has been incredibly helpful with paperwork and any questions I have had during the move in process or while living here! Definitely go to him if you need anything!

Derek is amazing my A/C went out in the middle of the night and he was literally here in a timely manner to fix it and knew what the problem was right away. And my A/C unit was also leaking and he fixed that to and I’m super happy.
