Ever since I moved in I have had a great experience. I recently called about my AC not working and Derrick from maintained came right away and fixed my ac which I was so thankful for because it is starting to get super hot. After he fixed my ac I told him that my ice was not dispensing anything. He told me he will come right back and switch it out for me. After about an hour he came back and got to work. I recently visited Vistara at San Tan Apartments in Gilbert and had an amazing experience! Erica Deodutt greeted me warmly and gave me a detailed tour of the property. The clubhouse is stunning, and the pool area and workout center are absolutely top-notch. Erica was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the visit.
