They don’t answer phones and the place tight like a battyhole. Checked in at 5:20am for 6:30am appt left 9:30am
This place needs to not to exist for 18 wheelers with the sleeper. I mean this place is tight be ready to park blind sided so stupid. If u don’t have much experience please don’t bother coming here save yourself a headache. 4 hours to get unloaded.
Great location, Usually off loaded within 1hr. Al at the front desk works hard to get the drivers out on time.
Got here at 4:30 am 8/11/25 and walked directly to shipping/ receiving office . Signed in and immediately got a door . For those that say go to end of warehouse and make u turn well I guess the warehouse drivers do it on purpose they park trailers and day cabs back there so u not able to make that turn . Luckily I was the only otr truck there and made u turn pretty easy . By 5:40 I was out will bills in hand , my lumper fee was pre paid so didn’t have to wait for that
Calling the number on the fence did not work for me because nobody answers and the answering machine does not take a message. The best thing to do is walk to the shipping and receiving window sign in on the check sheet that you are there and wait to talk to someone. Make sure you talk to someone. If they do not have a door they will have you put your phone number on the back of your bills and leave it with receiving. Then you can wait in your truck and wait for a call. The dock area is very tight so be careful.
