This is not a review it’s a message to the Dr. I called as a new patient for a consultation on an implant. The AI assistant took my preferred times and said the office would get back to me. A full week later I hadn’t heard back so I called another office and spoke to a human and had the appointment set up in less than 5 minutes. Your AI system is losing new patients.

My husband was the patient. He came home very upset at the doctor. Says Dr was very rude and it seemed like he was struggling and complaining at the same time while pulling the tooth

Dr Smith has removed two teeth from my mouth. He is skilled and has a pleasant manner as does his staff. He is knowledgeable and expert.
