Horrible and they could care less
The phone/office staff are the worst. Long time customer no more.
I was trying to schedule an appointment for an eldery person, the customer service wasn't helpful, only saying they are fully booked always.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The doctor was excellent and the only redeeming part of this practice. However, the office staff was unhelpful and unprofessional from the start. I was repeatedly told how “great” my insurance was, but the support ended there. During the frame selection process, the staff was disengaged, and I was left to figure things out myself. When the glasses arrived, I was initially relieved—but after a few days of discomfort, the nose pads broke. I tried to resolve it, but the office manager (based... read more
