Lately the waits are very long and appoinments are more and more often being rescheduled due to the physcian. Clinic needs more pediatricians.
My first and last experience.. I felt terrible and waited an hour and a half (which they initially said was the wait time) Went to see what was going on and why it was taking so long and it was supposedly another 2 hours until they could see me. Would NOT recommend. That is ridiculous.. Oh and did I mention there was only 2 other people in the waiting room? I would give it a 0 if I could.
Dr. Salama & his team of nurses are awesome. Same with Dr. Olaya & Nodar. The staff is friendly and WiFi would be great.
If the patient schedules an apt for a certain time and isn't seen at that time, I expect to get free WIFI service while I wait( this should be a a given anyways) and someone to give me an update on why I am not seen at my scheduled appointment time. How about taking care of your patient since that is the primary purpose of your business
