The apartment itself isn't too bad, but the personnel in the office staff are rude and obnoxious, self serving idiots. Roxanne is a real racist pos, that should be fired for the way she interacts with anyone who needs help. The pool has been closed, supposedly due to covid even after the Governor of Florida has lifted ALL covid restrictions. The real reason is that they are too lazy to get off their asses and clean it.
