This place is a joke. I have been here for a little over two months. At move in, the place was very dirty/ damaged, infested with roaches, and a lot of the VERY outdated appliances didn't or don't work; including my kitchen light. We went to the office and were promised that these issues would be resolved, and two months later, I am still having to go to the office to try to get them resolved. The only thing that was fixed, as promised, was the roach problem, and I had to demand that after I was told that we had to wait. Now... read more
Worst place ever! McKinley really does not care about their tenants, they took over management at the property I live in and did not give any attention to the tenants. They would not respond to phone calls to the management office, and would only respond after much time has passed I was very disappointed in them.
