i would not recommend this apartment. They will surprise you about the rent. They will sent you an incorrect noticed that will ruin your day when you know your paying your rent correctly and give you all the list that having $ into it that its not in your contract.And never inform you. We relocated from NM September 18. Recently bought a home and moved out May 19. From that short time span everything went to hell. We didn’t have cold water for 3 months after moving in, without management attempting to fix. During those 3 months our water was shut off 10 times, sometimes with notice, but most times with out. Oddly enough one day after the water came back on we had cold water. Miracle! The water shut offs continued relentlessly for a total of 26 times within 8 months. *I haven't had a working washer or toilet in my home since Wednesday(5 days)!!!!! I've left 3 voicemails since I don't have time to go to the front office. They NEVER answer the phone.* Used to be a semi-decent place then they just recently switched management companys and it's been nothing but issues since they got here. We've had constant issues with the water but in the past year it has gotten significantly worse. I have to boil water to do dishes. They are always shutting off the water to "fix" it but nothing has ever been resolved.
If the leasing experience is indicative of how the apartment complex is operated stay far away. We spoke with Alexa S. who quoted us a good rate on a nice apartment. We looked around at other options but were ready to apply and sign the lease today. When we went back in the manager (?) stated that the rate for the same apartment was nearly 200 dollars more and that we had been quoted the wrong price. Mind you, this was a day later. My wife & I have been living here for 2 years already & we love it ! Office staff is always friendly & helpful. Also it is very quite during the day and I highly recommend moving this this beautiful community.
