We had the worst experience purchasing a used car. Our salesperson sold us a full power train warranty and now less than a year since purchase, the car has thousands of dollars of repairs and they did not honor the warranty they sold us after doing the repair work and stuck me with a huge bill. Hands down the worst customer service ever. Never buy anything here. Never felt so taken advantage of. 0 stars. 😔
I drove over 100 miles to bring my Subaru Legacy Sport to Phil Long in Glenwood Springs. They do a fine job for me and they are $85 cheaper than Cook's Subaru in Steamboat Springs for the EXACT same service.
