What is the point of making an appointment time if they don’t honor it? My wait time was 45 minutes to an hour. Checked with the service department an hour and half later to be told it’d be another 15 minutes because it got “crazy” right after I arrived. So what’s the point of setting an appointment time up? They offered a “discount” only be charged the same amount as the “discount” for a random “customer pay shop charge” that was not explained to me at checkout any only realized after I read my receipt.
