Big concrete box on top of a hill. Nice views from some of the apartments. The maintenance people are good and come when you need them. But the concrete box gets oppressively warm in the summer, especially if your unit gets afternoon sun, and the cantilevered opening-out blinds make it hard to install a window air conditioner.
