The food It's very good
Vista Ridge transferred management during the week I was moving out. Because of that, there was no way to make any payments (or even an individual to send a check to). We were told by the previous management that no late fees would be charged. Once the new management (Greystar) took over - they charged me a late fee. I have email receipts and they still won't budge. Now I am being told that in fact my payment failed? That can't be the case as I had never paid that last payment because I didn't want to be charged a late fee. ... read more
So I an editing my review after being here for 4 months. UNEXPECTED FEEEEEEEES they have been tacking on a bunch of utilities & community fees and crap that I was never told about and some of which are not in my lease agreement and even the ones that are in my lease I didn't know about because I never received a copy of my lease because they were changing management (for the millionth time according to my neighbors) and I was rushed to sign and then didn't see it again for 3 months and was not ever told that $500 in fees & u... read more
