I put in an application and paid the REFUNDABLE deposit for this complex and they did not respond to my follow up contact in the week after. I only heard back when I got an automated email stating that my application was approved THE DAY I requested to start the lease. Needless to say they also did not return my deposit and basically ghosted me. The management are crooks.
We had a great experience touring Vista Ridge Apartments, thanks to Priscilla. They were incredibly bubbly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Priscilla was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. During the tour, they walked us through the different units and explained everything clearly, including details about the layouts and the application process. Cameron has been incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the move in process. Sarah has been quick to address anything needing fixing in the apartment, no matter how minor. Thank you to both, you’re an impressive team! Update: 3/29 Cameron has been on leave for a few weeks now, so this is nothing to do with him. We were given six weeks of free rent upon move in.
