Cameron has been incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the move in process. Sarah has been quick to address anything needing fixing in the apartment, no matter how minor. Thank you to both, you’re an impressive team!
CAMERON DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ENFORCE RULES. Worst place to live along with ANY greystar property! You pay to have pay $50per spot parking and people park in your spots continuously as you leave! With no company to call for towing!!! The property manager must be on site to have someone towed and he’s never here!!! Very irritating for someone to be in your spot when you pay $100 a month. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our apartment manager. From day one, they’ve been kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any time I had a question or needed help, it was handled quickly and with such a positive attitude. It never felt like “just business” — they truly care about the residents and the community here. UPDATE 12/9/25: Management gave a generic response and have not contacted me about my concerns. They made it seem like my initial experience at Vista Ridge was the only bad part. It’s been the whole time. I have been here for over a YEAR now. The smoking has gotten worse since my review. Im a disabled veteran. I wanted folks to know, it’s not been the best experience here. I have found pests in my home. Other residents park in paid spots. Residents also smoke in their homes and on balconies, even though the property is adver... read more
