UPDATE 12/9/25: Management gave a generic response and have not contacted me about my concerns. They made it seem like my initial experience at Vista Ridge was the only bad part. It’s been the whole time. I have been here for over a YEAR now. The smoking has gotten worse since my review. Im a disabled veteran. I wanted folks to know, it’s not been the best experience here. I have lived here little under a month the Manager is great and Maintenance is great also!
CAMERON DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ENFORCE RULES. Worst place to live along with ANY greystar property! You pay to have private parking and people park in your spots continuously as you leave! With no company to call for towing!!! The property manager must be on site to have someone towed and he’s never here!!! Very irritating for someone to be in your spot when you pay $100 a month. AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE. Dishwasher has been broken for almost 3 months that we’ve lived here!!
This apartment complex probably would be okay, but because GrayStar manages it, it's the worst ever nickeling and diming us as usual. Never following through with work orders. No contact when they can't make it. People parking in your paid spots, bears and raccoons all over the garbage. That's everywhere here! For the price, you'd probably be better off living somewhere else. Tons of trouble here. We've got ants in every single room hazards everywhere on the property in the apartment. Manager (Cameron) does not take complaints made by residents seriously. He does not reply to emails and doesn’t address my issues. This property is advertised as a non smoking property and the residents get away with smoking right under their neighbors. The smell is horrible. I have found cockroaches in my home as well.
