Vista Ridge could greatly improve if prices were lowered to match what the property realistically is worth, as well as teaching staff empathy for the residents that help supply money for their checks. I find the staff to be willfully ignorant of issues that are brought to their attention on a daily basis.
Management lies to your face.
Great place, nice neighborhood, quiet tenants for the most part.. but the office is really difficult to get straight correct answers out of. It's been pretty difficult dealing with them.
It's a great neighborhood to live in and very friendly to outgoing people that like to work out
I love the kids area, my kids have had so much fun this 2 years we have been living here :) So far the best place I have lived in Reno!
Horrible place, very uneducated management.........not even 1 star!!!!!
