The absolute worst property manager I have worked with in over 10 years. Non responsive, said he would fix things he never did. He hid many small rules in the lease that are not normal as I have spoken with other property managers and they have all said that those little "extras" are unethical. He charged us to rekey the home after we moved out which is not our responsibility as the renter. Communication from Dwight Anderson is horrible and very unprofessional as a manager. I would not recommend anyone to any of his properties
I have known Dwight Anderson for several years. Dwight helped sell my house when the real estate market was "down". But I ended up getting a better price than expected. Dwight also was the buyer agent on the most recent home I purchased. It was a complicated transaction but we got it done and I thank Dwight because of his knowledge and experience.
