My sister was sent there for rehab. Three days after she was admitted she had the same gown on she came in from the hospital. She was soaking wet with urine. Her bed, sheets, pillow cases, blankets were wet. She was sitting in her own waste matter. This place is awful . I’ve reported them. I wouldn’t take a dog there.

Had an excellent encounter with both the nursing staff and administration. Despite its smaller size, the facility allows staff ample time to dedicate to each patient. Thanks for everything you do!
All staff at Vista Post Acute were pleasant and great to work with. They are hardworking and very professional. This facility has been the cleanest one I've been in where the staff work nonstop to maintain it.
