Floyd was amazing and really helpful, fixing things that make our place feel good. A really personable guy.
I don't write reviews often, but felt the need to share my experience. If you move in be prepared to do a deep cleaning before hand, and submit a list of maintenance requests before you fully move in. Document EVERYTHING! If you do not keep meticulous records they will steal your security deposit, and charge you for things that were in working order. In addition these are not smoking free apartments.
