I don't write reviews often, but felt the need to share my experience. If you move in be prepared to do a deep cleaning before hand, and submit a list of maintenance requests before you fully move in. Document EVERYTHING! If you do not keep meticulous records they will steal your security deposit, and charge you for things that were in working order. In addition these are not smoking free apartments. Vista Pointe has been home for over 10 years now and we could not be happier with the location in South Salem hills and the quality of staff both maintenance and office staff over the years. We gratefully just received an upgrade to the faucet of our kitchen sink through the work of Jesse, our current repair staff who is respectful and hard working.
