I’m only giving this a 5 star because the manager on site right now, she has been very helpful and hands on. We finally got new paint new roofs, and working on more stuff please keep her. I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and she’s hands down one of the best we’ve had.
Horrible. Don’t move in here. Just don’t. Save yourself. We gave them a move in day at the end of one month. And despite precisely saying that was okay, the leasing manager came back to us and said we have to move in 2 weeks earlier on a specific day because that’s when maintenance would have it ready and if we want the apartment that’s the day we have to do it per policy because the day maintenance has it ready is the day the lease would technically so we would have to pay rent from that day.
