10/10 stars for Madison!! Couldn’t have been happier with her. She helped us with a seamless transition to our new apartment. Every step of the way made sure we knew what to do, and answered every question we had. Madison provided us with the best move in experience, and we are so grateful for her!! :)
I moved in with my girlfriend a few months ago, and we have loved calling this place our home. It’s the perfect starter place for singles and couples and is located in a great spot. Madison is amazing- super respectful, responsive, and always willing to accommodate!
I’m the mom of a recent college grad looking for his first apartment in the LA area. By luck we stumbled on Carlo Properties and their apartments in and around Studio City. Our son looked at several of their properties, each really solid options, but when he toured Vista Pointe 1, he said it felt like home. 04/29/2025 - This new review is for Maddison (Manager) who has been such a great neighbor and facilitator here at Vista Pointe 1. As stated below, I have been here since 2012 and love my street view studio. Maddison has been on top of every (not many) request and consistently follows up with action plans, driving them to completion. This is a great managerial trait one does not find to often.
