Incredibly disappointed in the staff here. Specifically the receptionist. Can't say much about the doctors, as I only had one consultation. Beware that each Vista location may not be covered under your insurance, even if you went to one in the past. The Sachse receptionist did NOT verify my insurance coverage before I attended my first session (even though their website says "Prior to your first visit, our coverage verification process will ensure everything is taken care of for you.")
