My experience with Physical therapy was very eye opening to what I need to do in order to keep my back healthy as I get older. Thomas Barr, wa my therapist and even though he "pushed" me to do each of the exercises he explained the reason and process very fun way to relax me. He is very knowledgeable and I can tell he loves his job! My sessions were definitely worth while. Thanks, Thomas and Tyler!!
