These are the worst apartments I have ever been in. Roaches everywhere. Doors that were obviously kicked in and never replaced. The toilet moved every time you used it bc the floor was so rotted. Our apartment was "move in ready" with a huge hole in the living room window. 6 months later was still never fixed. These apartments have a history of discrimination against non-hispanics (including offering apartments with no deposit to Hispanics, whereas Black or Caucasian applicants are told the deposit is one months rent or more). They also have very poor quality maintenance and uninhabitable units. Benedo Valdez, a tenant, even died their in Oct. 2012 due to an improperly vented furnace which pumped carbon monoxide into his nearby apartment. :-(

Not a place to live you get cocuraches bed bugs you get primer insted of paint that comes off dirty Carpet . never get fix what needs to be fix rude staff @office. Just not a place to live.
They made this place seem like it's decent. Our apt has had Roach's since move in they have sprayed twice ! Had us pull out our belongings to spray n nothing! We hit a hard spot I have always been honest with them olny to be told ur OK then feel like I'm lose my home !
Didn't like it that much compared to Fountain Springs Apartments.
