Doctor was rushed and didn't ask me if I consented to getting some eye drops left me with red eyes which is normal for the drop but it was a choice and he didn't ask me in the end i didn't want to do it and walked out with red eyes.

Never answer, charge you immediately and then you have to be behind them to ask for your orders that they forget to submit and give you excuses that this and that happened, also wrong orders when arrived, it’s just to much

The doctor and the receptionist were actually very welcoming. I had an emergency. I lost my glasses. I needed glasses to see the doctor and the receptions were actually really respectful and welcoming and warm but their phone system it's like I cannot get through. It says they're busy 99% of the time. I cannot get through at all. I'm calling to check on the my prescription like so I can go pay for my glasses but their phone is busy constantly. It makes no sense to me

I found them to take the extra steps I needed, answered all my questions, familiar with my insurance, price comparison the best, and did not mind re-explaining. They explained : each step, very patient, very professional, really cared about clients needs. If I bought glasses online I would have missed the quality of glasses that work for me. I am very satisfied with my bifocals that match my eyes different needs. Before them Bifocals did not work for me. With bad experiences, I was prepared for another bad experience. The lady seemed to be self absorbed in the computer. She claims I do not have the right code on my health insurance to entertain a visit with them. Call back next month. Dr. Park was nice on the phone. In person, the admin lady put the brakes on the visit.
