He is an exceptionally pleasant person, easy to converse with, and conducive to engaging in meaningful discussions. I have recently moved to vista palmas apts and I have to say that the experience so far has been great the personal it’s super communicative very helpful I’m very happy to live here everything is clean and new .í recommend 100% .
I am so very pleased with all the wonderful changes Our manager Daniel has been incorporating at Vista Palms Apartments. Keep it up! It can only get better from here!
I have a family member who lives there with her kids and my goodness is it infested with roaches, they don't seem to do anything about it. About every apartments has them. I've been looking elsewhere for them. I'm not sure who's managing it, but it needs to be managed better and the apartments need to be looked into from a health perspective.
It's unfortunate that this company rehired this person as a manager. I actually worked with this person and she is a character. My daughter moved in this past month, her first apartment and the worst experience ever. The apartment was nasty dirty, and no water for over a week. I emailed the manager and she was rude unprofessional. She threaten my daughter to deny her application due to my involvement.
