Me and my daughter have been loyal customers here for about four years, but I had a disappointing experience about a month ago. The male receptionist who helped us was rude and unhelpful. I called about my daughter’s glasses and insurance, but he just said I had to pay out of pocket and told me it was Friday so he couldn’t do anything. He didn’t give me any options or explanations, and when I mentioned that I never got his voicemail, he was dismissive and made it sound like it was my fault. Quality of the lens is horrible... pay over five hundred for a pair of glasses you think you should be able to see through them longer then three months.... then review disappeared.... Save your money and go elsewhere...
The people here are very nice to work with. However, i had an appointment and arrived right on time when they serviced another patient first. I had to wait an extra half hour.
Carl and Yvonne went above and beyond to assist my wife and I with our glasses needs. Highly recommend!
