I ordered glasses from them, successful work, a piece of glass remained in the frame and a new lens was inserted. I asked to redo it, nothing was fixed. But the person on the phone is top class, can't write as well as work with the customer base, fire everyone.
Poor quality, expensive and bad service. Costco is cheaper and way better.
The service is very bad and the material they make the glasses with is of very poor quality since they scratch quickly and when you go to complain they DO NOT want to fix them or they make ridiculous excuses. They told me that my eyelashes are the ones that scratched my glasses. I imagine that my eyelashes are made of wire or steel to be able to scratch the glasses.
Absolutely pathetic. First off, they raised their rates significantly even with health insurance it apparently is $80 for 12 contacts… twelve… They also have zero record keeping and are not able to send you your prescription or send it to any other optometrist… no idea how this place is still in business
