What a terrible experience starting from trying to schedule an appointment for a service to walking away with no service. I need to find alternatives, which I am sure are plenty.
Yosbani “Geo” Ramirez, Collision Advisor at BMW, Coconut Creek gave awesome service to me. Went there to make arrangements for necessary paint job. He handled everything perfectly. The entire experience was stress free and perfect. Cudos to BMW for a job well done!
I purchased my car here in 2019 and have always had a good experience when I need them. Went to do my oil change today and Abu was great! While he suggested some other services, there was no pressure at all. My car was done in an hour (appointment was a noon on a weekday). It's far from my house but I will continue to service my car there :)
I just bought my first Mini from Mini of Coconut Creek and had a great experience with the process! Our Sales Advisor, Ovid Sachi, was professional, knowledgeable and helped me find my perfect Mini with the exterior/interior colors and features that I wanted. I'd like to also give a shout-out to Daniel in Finance who made resolving a Title issue easy! Even the trade-in process went smoothly. Highly recommend!
