The service was overall very good. Although the person who greeted us and manage our paperworks is not very professional. First, when we showed him the E-mail which I didn't know is a coupon, he gave us an insulting response. Secondly he did not do a follow up on my car service. I was the one who did the follow up and another employee from the garage who gave all the information of what to do, so i could retrieve my car which the service of my car was already done. 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is freaking ridiculous.
