What a shame to love a car so much and despise the dealership that I bought it from.I don't even know where to begin with the awful experience and lack of customer service I received from VISTA MINI (run in tandem with VISTA BMW). The worst part is that the General Manager, Michael Perrault and the General Sales Manager, Arthur Dicce don't care how poorly their dealership is being operated (which is likely why it's so poorly run). RecommendedCasey Finn and Howie Rosenberg are awesome Service dvisors. Also have to say the service technicians are great especially Greg Brown! I've always had a good experience here whether for scheduled service or an emergency!

Yesterday when my husband and I walked in to Vista Mini I did not think I would be a proud owner of a new 2018 Mini. The service was superb. Our sales person Víctor not only was he very professional but patient and very fast. Our financial advisor Marcus was top of the line. He made sure to explain all the paper work in detail as well as provide us with personal experience and advise. We are truly grateful. Mini Vista has a loyal customer for life.
Just leased yet another Mini from Vista, and it was a great experience, which is why I keep going back! I am currently on my fifth Mini, and have had 2doors, coupes, and the countryman...I decided to get a 2 door again, and wanted specific colors and gizmos. Thanks to Giorgio Ortiz and Ryan Fisher for making that happen. They were both professional, organized and just great to work with. They were able to get me the perfect car for the price I wanted to pay, and I am sooo happy! This is the best one yet.
