Horrible. The Worst, from their accounting office to getting repairs done. They are totally incompetent!!!@!!!!!
This company is awful, and unfortunately, you may not know the company manages a given property until you have rented an apartment and have a problem. I live in Crescent Square Apartments in Greenbelt, MD. We have had no hot water for 3 days; the company had not made any attempt to communicate with tenants. The latest information from the emergency line is "tomorrow." The company is nonresponsible to major needs, and has a maintenance person onsite who lacks skills.
HORRIBLE!!!! – Part 1: We live in Sky Properties. They are terrible. Vista lost our rent in January, then took us to court over it in May. They are claiming we owe them rent for several months now, even when we have images from our bank proving that Vista canceled the checks. They charge late payments, even though they stamp the checks as arrived on-time. The court thing is now an ongoing part of our life as we try to clean up behind Vista's incompetence.
