Website never works right
If I could give zero stars, I would. Since I bought my home in 2019, the HOA has been an ongoing headache. I set up automatic payments for the HOA dues, but they’ve switched platforms multiple times without notifying homeowners properly, leading to late fees and countless issues. I’ve had to reset my payments more than four times because of their constant platform changes. This Vista management Property management company in Westminster, Colorado is sucks. They’re rude and incompetence. Q: What do you call a HOA manager at a beach? A: A sand inspector. 😀
Terrible. Charging $250 for weeds? Fining for brown spots in a drought? Way too controlling and appear they want to make money off of people. I would never recommend them for an HOA.
