Wonderful community with a great community center! Both gated and non-gated neighborhoods. Publix shopping center and banks on the intersection of main roads. Close to airport. Easy access to anywhere in Central Florida.
After weeks of looking houses, we decided to buy a house in Vista Lakes. After almost two years living in this community, we can say it was a good decision. The community is great. Perfectly located near the major ways, airport, top rated schools, shopping, etc. No issues at all with the HOA. The amenities are wonderful and the neighbors are friendly and very collaborative. Our only complaint: the potholes in some streets. VL deserves the re-paving urgently. Other than that, VL is a good place to live.
Vista lakes has been the best place to live for our family needs and comfort!! Fantastic views prefect place to walk your dog and meet other nice people, ride bike,jogging, etc etc . Plenty of pools places to eat too. Now we have 18 years here and it's near everything too. We love it here!! Check it out for yourself!!
