Thorough home inspection by a great home inspector. Thomas was very knowledgeable and showed me things about the house in a very understandable way. I am a first-time home buyer and was very nervous about the house. He went on the roof and into the crawlspace, which relieved me because I was very worried about them. He also inspected the attic, the plumbing and the electrical systems. I learned so much about the house that I felt I could make my decision about whether to purchase based on real facts.
Great Home Inspection – My wife and I purchased a home, and before we did, we had Vista Inspection Services do the inspection. Thomas was very thorough, friendly and informative. He did not scare us, but he was straight about the problems in the home. We are now living in the home, and there were no surprises. It really helps to know what the problems are with the home before you buy.
