My husband and I went to visit his father and when we got there the room smelled like feces. I asked the nurse if she could check him and she replied I am getting to him .. his turn will come,. My husband then went to the nurses desk and let them know he would change him if they just gave him everything, a nursing assistant came in and was showing him where everything was when another NA came in with a sassy attitude and said I told you I would get now get out so that I can change him, my husband then said I am going to clos... read more

When asking staff for assistance they seem bothered. Asking for assistance in changing a patient or helping them to bed is what they are getting paid for yet it is very evident they are annoyed when asked to do so.
