RecommendedDr Hill is really wonderful. I am so glad to have him for my pets!
I visited Vista Hills Animal Hospital today to get some information for possible future care of my fur babies. There were three employees behind the counter (Maybe a 12'x12' area) and NO ONE was social distancing or even wearing a mask. If this is the safety standard for their employees, I cannot and will not put my pets in the care of "professionals" who don't take a global pandemic seriously.
Business response:
Crissy we actually do curbside service and wear masks when going out to pick up pets. When you work in a veterinary clinic it is impossible to social distance as we have to hold animals so close so we can love on them and work with them. Also masks scare many of the pets and really upset them and we would never want to do that. We also require our staff to take their temperature every morning and record it. Vista Hills has been wonderful in taking care of my dog’s health and very through when needed. I appreciate how kind the staff is and my dog loves Dr. Hill!

This is the best vet clinic I’ve been to, dr.hill is the best vet. He is personable and professional and clearly cares about the dogs. He takes care of all of my pets wonderfully and will never go elsewhere!

I just want to give a big shout out to Dr. Hill and his staff. They took great care of my SuSu With such professionalism and passionate care… I highly recommend them for all of your pet needs. They were booked all day but managed to squeeze SuSu in for an appointment.
I called because I thought my cat had a UTI. They did not have appointments but Dr. Hill said to bring him in and he would fit him in. Turns out it was much more serious than a UTI. Dr. Hill explained all of my options and helped me make the best choice for my pet. Their team is amazing and you can tell they really care about the pets like they are their own. Thank you so much for helping Max, I know he wouldn’t be here without the care and dedication of Dr Hill and his team.
They are great with our greyhound. Twice they have fit us in on short notice & we are so very thankful for that! We cannot say enough good things about them. 😊
