Where not to live – At first look the outside of the building looks nice and prices seem reasonable for the area. There is nothing AT ALL in the building that works, the elevator consistently breaks or gets stuck, the insecure entrances allow people to frequently come in to help themselves to the "bike room" (aka dingy furnace room with easy access and visible from the street).
