It has been very difficult to work with this office. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of, and I often run out of my prescription two weeks before my appointment because refills are not handled in a timely manner. I’ve been passed around between three different RA doctors, which has felt unprofessional and disorganized. Everything went fine with my visit. I do have a complaint about how your office manages requests from my pharmacy. Apparently my pharmacy sent a message a week ago Saturday and they still had not had received a response from your office on a common refill. The medical assistant that was in the room when I brought this problem up, said, “Yeah, a lot of things go missing from the fax.” Apparently, your office is aware of a problem so a new system needs to be set up to resolve the issue. …the next time I required a prescription... read more
