First and foremost the Doctors I've worked with are nice people, but the process and procedure at Vista has been disappointing from day one. 9 years ago I started my journey with RA at IHC with Dr. Sangvhi. For years it was great. I was able to meet directly with Dr Sanghvi, and I was able to have my labs done just a few levels down. I would give this office negative stars if I could. I had been waiting 7 months for this appointment. On my way there, there was a major accident on the freeway that brought traffic to a standstill. As soon as my GPS showed I would be about 5 minutes late, I called the office to let them know. Later, when it updated to 15 minutes late, I called again and asked if I should still come in because I had only moved about 5 feet in traffic and had no idea when I would actually arrive. Doctor Sanghvi and her staff are incredible! I have been sick and searching for answers for 13 years. I have seen around 15 Doctors without any able to provide any answers. The treatments she has prescribed are helping me and I am getting my life back. I will forever be grateful!

I was referred to rheumatology by my PCP after a positive ANA. When I called around for an appointment I found there was a 3 month wait for IH & UofU. I called Vista Health & got an appointment for the next week. In the first appointment I saw a PA-C who asked me a lot of questions & palpated my joints. At the very end the actual doctor of rheumatology came in for 5 minutes and palpated my joints & corrected the PA-C's assessment. Waited for over an hour to get back to a room. Once I talked to the doctor, she told me to eat a plant based diet and do yoga. No labs or anything was done. Giant waste of time.
