I was referred to Dr Drzko for cataract surgery, whom I keep hearing great things about. I have had to go to Vista Eye Centre four times, and 3 of those times I had to wait 3+ hours WITH an appointment. I even went an hour early today and waited longer than any other time I'd been there. What makes it even more infuriating is that I get 3 minutes or less with the doctor at any given appointment. Dr Ziad Butty did my cataract eye surgery last week , All i have to say he is 10++++++. He's an excellent eye surgeon did an excellent job. Highly recommend !! also the his staff was fantastic!

I had a pretty average experience at Vista Eye Clinic overall, but the wait times were unbelievable. We sat in the waiting room for nearly three hours before even being seen. For a clinic, that kind of delay is really unacceptable, especially with no clear communication or updates. The staff themselves were fine and the appointment was okay once it finally happened, but the excessive waiting overshadowed everything else. My experience here taking my 75 year old father here was one of the worst experiences ever. Not only was whoever attended us rude, they were impatient and lacked any empathy whatsoever. I tried to help her as my father was using a walker, was practically deaf, and could not see properly (hence why we were there). Do better.
