My whole family have been going to this optometry for years and this will be our last year. We made the appointments for the kids half a year ago. However, I was told on the appointment day that due to system upgrade our appointment got lost and the day was fully booked. I have been doing business with them and will continue to do so because I love their optometry. However, I still have to give one star review. They require appointments even for merely browsing their glass frames or picking up my orders. To the business owner: please listen to the complaints from customers. I am concerned your business may close soon as you do not welcome walk-ins.

I had my tests done and two weeks later I go to get them and they have ordered plain glasses with no power. I told the lady there and she was trying to convince me that perhaps my eyesight has changed in the last two weeks os I should come for another test one week later. I asked her to just test the glasses and reorder if there was a mistake. But she refused. So one week later I go there and the doctor says that the software failed to copy over the correct power.
