My eyes were examined in December. They were wrong! a month later after a re-examination I purchased glasses elsewhere. (Nationwide Vision). Still not happy I just had an eye examination at Costco without showing them the previous prescription. These new glasses are excellent! Save yourself time and money and go to Costco optical!
Since moving to Green Valley area over ten years ago, we have had our eye care managed at Vista Eye Care. The admin staff, techs and doctors are all excellent and very friendly. We totally trust their care. While we have only purchased new glasses there a couple of times, the service was no-pressure, friendly and professional.
Excellent customer service by the staff. Dr. Williamson gave me a thorough exam and a detail explanation of my diagnosis.
Excellent customer service both before and after the sale. No hesitation whatsoever to replace damaged lenses or frames under warranty. The entire staff is professional, amicable and polite.
've been a patient here for several years during which I've seen 3 of the docs--all knowledgeable and friendly and equipment is state of the art. I needed new prescription sunglasses, found a pair whose shape I liked but was unsure of the color. Steve, the optician, offered to order the frame in different colors. I went in today to make my selection and mentioned that I had decided I didn't like the last regular glasses I bought there. Have lived in Green Valley got 26 years, and am delighted to meet Dr. Amantha Nogales who gave me a very thorough exam explaining everything as she went along. I was very pleased with my visit to Vista Eye Care. I opened the door to very nice reception room, and was immediately greeted at the desk to be signed in and was met right away with a assistant who took me to a machine that photographs and reports on everything to give the doctor a report on my retina and eye health.
