When arriving at the office I got the worst customer service ask me to pay bill that I don't need to pay at time of service. The representative I name is Sol needs to learn how talk to people she deserves no stars

I LOVE Vista Eye Care - Dr. Abert and his staff are always so friendly and helpful and downright fun. Yes, I said fun. Well they put up with my shenanigans and always seem entertained! :) I've been there for eye exams as well as an emergency exam and they are very thorough and knowledgeable. I live in Denver but I haul my happy self up to Thornton to see them!
While moving into our new home in Colorado from Oklahoma, I had an eye emergency and needed a particle removed that was causing great pain. I called Vista Eye Care and their staff was incredibly compassionate, kind, and eager to get me help quickly. I was a new patient with insurance questions due to our move, but they got me in immediately and treated me like family. The removal was painless and my continued comfort was their concern.
