Living here with my son whose disable, the upper management is not very responsive upkeep on the building the gutters need to be clean and the roof suffers from deferred maintenance. The unit that I occupy due gutters never clean for 5 years when it rains the patio roof is separating from the gutter and causing patio overflow. My request for the roof and the gutter cleaning and pigeon dropping have been going on for approx. three years; its simply unhealthy.
the manager here is very unprofessional and very shady my brother passed away and she has allowed a tenant there to take ownership of my brothers property she will not allow me to talk and voice my concerns she shouts over me and throws the black card out there. I will be reaching out to the CEO as well as the president of this building . Sharon Schwartz is a thief and a drug addict she goes to every emergency and acts like shes in pain to retrief pain meds . disgrace
