It’s not the prettiest place to live as kitchen cabinets are repainted over for the next renters. We had our kitchen cabinets paint peeling with 3 layers of previous paint jobs underneath. No one picks up their dog poop even though they have signs and there was this one washer in the laundry room always ate my quarters & I’d has to get refunded about 4 times. We also had issues with our sliding door since bees would come in and they didn’t replace it just screwed a rubber band that makes opening the door more difficult
