My family an I got amazed since the first moment we talked to those guys in the reception area...the rest was all that we have expected. 5Stars again!
I have to say I think I have found my home from home. We have been to Florida (from N Ireland) almost 30 times and this is the best place we have ever stayed. Love our condo, thank you Bill for the privilege to renting it. The whole site is spotless, all the staff are so helpful and pleasant and love the walk around the lake. I recommend this place a million %. The best vacation we have had. Thank you - we will be back for sure.
Very bad experience, Incredibly Rude behavior from the people at reception!!!!!
the worst service from people of reception that I have seen in my life . We afflicted 6 hours to get into a home that we had already paid than before , with two babies with us. ..... Hey there, I'm still waiting for the wifi key!!!!!!!!!
