I had originally given Woodside a 4 star review but have since retracted my review. I have nothing but great things to say about Woodside. They are one of the few home builders that still care about their clients. The one year warranty is superb and eased all our worries. We love our home and we love the neighborhood! Thank you Woodside!
Nik in particular has always been great to us. Told us he would do things and then actually does them. We haven't many warrantied issues we need resolved but he's been super responsive and timely helping us out. Every other contractor I've interacted with seems to have problems with attention to detail, doing what they say, and communicating with us. Nik has been all of those. We bought a Woodside home in 2020. Just now, in 2023, we discovered a problem from the original build. Despite being outside of the initial warranty, Woodside did everything in their power to solve the problem to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with their professionalism and service. Outside of that one problem, we have really enjoyed our Woodside home.
What an Amazing place to start over
BEWARE OF THE HIGH RATINGS!!!!!! They only care about getting their customers into the house as fast as possible. After that, their warranty team is absolutely worthless. I had to complete one of the warranty jobs because they took so long, and they took over a year to fix another issue to the point where the product we originally used was no longer manufactured so we had to use a bandaid fix that’s not good enough.
