Could be better Parking is horrible an rent is a bit high for us. Nice good size rooms.
Vista apartments The apartments themselves are good size with a good amount of storage. We love how pet friendly this place is. Esp the new dog park. The pool is wonderful and the new play structure is great for kids.The only problem we have is with parking, too many cars per apartment and not enough guest parking.
Made a great move! I have been here at Vista @ 23 for just over a month. From the first time I called the office to inquire about vacancies, I have experienced nothing but kindness from all of the office staff. The unit I moved into is beautifully remodeled and has great storage. All of my appliances are brand new, so is my carpet. The common areas are always clean, and the neighbors are quiet when walking through the breezeway. Cozy place to live Its nice and quiet, safe. Great plaplace to live, but is getting spending. I love it here, but not sure how much longer I can stay.
Location is about the only thing this place has going. I was pleased with these apartment two years ago when I arrived, but they've went down-hill fast. Under new management they've taken away our trash bins on the corners, forcing us to take our trash to one location that isn't even a central location. When I have to either drive my trash to throw it away or walk and end up tired by the time I get back to my apartment, it's too far.
