Worst living experience ever! Vista failed to take action against the neighbors who stomps and create all kind of annoying noises as early as 5 am (weekends included). This neighbor had multiple complaints filed against them from different neighbors. I feel cheated for paying the exorbitant rent for months, living in such a poor environment.
