Do what you say you're going to do! When you say you're going to check on a part and call back - CALL BACK! I've talked to Merle and Terry and they don't call back. I guess unless you're spending big bucks, they don't bother.

how about taking care of the customer . I have also tried to buy parts from them in the past and there were higher than I could buy it new some where else .
Merle and Terry were great. Very helpful with locating a front end cap and other parts. Being located in Phoenix I relied on their expertise and knowledge. I highly recommend to all that need parts for their rv.
Talk to Merle on the phone times in pass month. Drove across 4 states to have them replace my aqua hot system. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took the RV to them on Tuesday morning and had it back Wednesday afternoon. Was and done we drove to them for less then half the price anyone wanted in our area
